Please Note:
Our Return Policy covers product stitching, seams, elastics, and any of the product’s components including snaps, and fabric. This warranty does not cover leaking, odor issues, fading, staining, repelling or normal wear and tear, and is applicable only to the original purchaser of the products. Proof of purchase is required.
Washed and used products, and items purchased on clearance, auction sites, or any other third party are not eligible for refunds, exchanges or manufacturer's warranty. We reserve the right to refuse any return if it is not in any condition to be resold, has been washed, contains smell of essential oils/perfume, smoke, etc. or that have been soiled. Packages must be returned in complete packaging, including free items. Items must have been purchased within the last 7 days directly off of our website. Unless we made a mistake with your order, you are responsible for return or exchange shipping charges.
7 Day Return Policy
With our 7-day return policy, there are no special catches. All we ask is that you send the items back to us in an unused, unwashed and in a re-sellable condition. So if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we will be happy to accept a return for a full refund less shipping costs. No questions asked. 90 Day Defect Policy
We guarantee every item we sell against material or workmanship defects for 90 days from the date of purchase. This covers product stitching, seams, elastics, and any of the product’s components including snaps, and fabric. This warranty does not cover leaking, odor issues, fading, staining, repelling or normal wear and tear, and is applicable only to the original purchaser of the products. Proof of purchase is required.
You are solely responsible for understanding how to care for the items you purchase. We are not responsible for damage to an item caused by improper care, abuse, misuse, normal fading or normal wear and tear of the product materials.
This warranty is void when washing instructions has not been followed; bleach, fabric softeners, vinegar, or any other caustic substances and laundry additives has been used; and when the diapers have been subject to water or drying temperatures above 140F or if diapers have been left soaking in wet pails. Please keep in mind that diapers are not indestructible, and like any other clothing item, they will eventually show signs of wear and tear and may not withstand being used and washed several times a week for extended periods of time.
Please be considerate about the condition of your item before shipping them. Your item must be clean, stain-free and dry before you ship it. We will not handle any items that are stained, smelly, dirty or damp on arrival and it will be returned to you and return/exchange will be voided.
